These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://morenastartup.com and the Morena Startup mobile application (together, the "Platform"), operated by Morena Startup ("we", "us", "our", "Company"), providing grocery and daily essentials delivery within Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
To use the Platform and place Orders, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To place an Order, you may be required to register an account using your name, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@morenastartup.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
Placing an Order through the Platform is an offer by you to purchase the selected Products. An Order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including in cases of:
If we cancel a confirmed Order for any of the above reasons, any amount already paid will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Product prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by location or availability.
Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery, where available. Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe). We do not store your complete card or UPI credentials on our servers.
A minimum order value or delivery charge may apply depending on your order amount and location, as displayed at checkout.
We aim to deliver Orders within approximately 20 minutes within our serviceable areas in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, though actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, order volume, or Product availability.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reasonably available to receive the Order. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details or your unavailability at the time of delivery.
Delivery is currently available only within Morena and select surrounding areas. Serviceable areas may be expanded or modified from time to time.
You may cancel an Order before it has been dispatched for delivery, through the app or by contacting our support team. Once an Order has been picked up by a Delivery Partner, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel Orders in circumstances described in Section 5 (Orders & Acceptance), in which case any amount paid will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
If you receive a damaged, expired, incorrect, or missing item, please raise a request through the app or contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant details or photos where applicable. Valid requests will be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. Perishable grocery items are generally not eligible for return once accepted in good condition, except in cases of quality issues reported within the stated window.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in any prohibited activity.
All content on the Platform, including the Morena Startup name, logo, branding, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Morena Startup or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
The Platform may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, analytics, and notification providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morena Startup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including delays, Product unavailability, or issues caused by third-party service providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to an Order shall not exceed the value of that Order.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Morena Startup, its officers, employees, and Delivery Partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, internet or power outages, or other events of force majeure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our Services. You may also close your account at any time by requesting deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Section 19 below, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
If you have any grievance regarding these Terms, an Order, or the Platform, you may contact our Grievance Officer, whose details are provided in our Privacy Policy. We aim to acknowledge and address grievances within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
